• How long does each session last?

    Each session lasts between 30 minutes and one hour. 

  • What age groups do you work with?

    Our therapists are trained to work with the unique needs of teens, adults, and older adults (65+).

  • Do you offer online therapy (telehealth)?

    Yes! At this time we are offering teletherapy only. Teletherapy is a way to get the services you need from the comfort of your own home. We can offer teletherapy to clients throughout Ohio.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    Yes, please see Rates and Insurance for a complete list of insurances accepted. If you do not see your insurance listed, please reach out to the office to see if our therapists are paneled with your insurance company.

  • Do you offer a sliding scale?

    Yes, we believe that therapy should be accessible to everyone. We offer a sliding scale that can reduce diagnostic assessments to as low as $100 and individual counseling sessions to as low as $50. Please reach out via email or phone to discuss these options.

  • What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule?

    Please provide a minimum of 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please note that there will be a $50 cancellation fee for appointments canceled after the 24-hour mark.
